Actually, it might become of little use in the future because they are getting quicker in denying I-539. You either get an approval or you get a denial which is "boilerplate" language giving random citations to inaposite law and then denying the application with notation of no appeal is possible. In other words, "you lose, we are giving you no good reason, we don't have to, and there is nothing you can do about it."
