Ecuador k3 , which affidavit of support form?
Anyone gone through the K3 interview in Ecuador? Which affidavit of
support form does their k3 interview require?
If its the I-134, then you didnt need to have 3 years of tax returns,
etc. If you did then thats the I-864, right?
The consulate only answers these types of questions on wednesdays
2-4pm, and I can't get through. Our interview is March 7th and I need
to get these out by Friday.
Thank you.

My fiance, from Ecuador, and I are also going through the process. I
would really appreciate it if you could let me know when you find out
the answer to your question - and anything else useful, like how the
interview went, what they asked your fiance, etc. Also, out of
curiosity, what was the date of your first NOA? Ours is 9/23/03 and we
haven't heard a thing yet.
Thanks!

my fiance is also from Ecuador. we haven't been able to start the K-1 yet,
because we're still trying to get all of the relevant documents together.
Any info would always be appreciated. Hope to have everything in by the end
of next month.

My husband is in Venezuela. I am also having trouble getting in touch with them. They wont answer the phone and no replies to emails. I have the same question.
Good luck with the interview.

Tony,
I'm happy to give you advice, but we haven't heard about the 2nd NOA
yet so I don't know yet whether my advice is good or bad. Do you have
any specific questions about the K1 and Ecuador?

Re: Ecuador k3 , which affidavit of support form?
Becky,
thanks. i'm ashamed to say that i've only just started assembling the
paperwork from the INS website. i'm still waiting for paperwork from
veronica and, of course, some of my own. i've been trying to find something
on the consulate's website concerning documentation for the affidavit of
support with no luck. veronica is much more nervious than i am. from what
i've read, i don't really forsee any problems unless they occur in ecuador.
my biggest obstacle so far has been that the mail system is almost
non-existent in vero's area, so she doesn't really have mailing addresses
for the last five years. most of the time we never referenced
building/apartment numbers, but instead referenced landmarks in her
neighborhood. she's researching the information to try and find it. i
don't know what else to do. also, she has very little information about her
mother, and that is requested on the bio form. i'm hoping that "unknown"
will not raise any red flags. that's about it for now. good luck on a
speedy approval. hopefully, i'll be able to get started soon.
