EAD sent to Chicago for K-3
What happens after I send the EAD application to Chicago? From what I"ve read... they send you a NOA with info about getting fingerprints in about 2 weeks?
If I'm unable to go get fingerprints done right away (maybe up to a month later), will the application be put on hold until I send back the fingerprints? Does the NOA expire after a certain amount of time?

My wife has gotten her EAD already. They send you the notification
and you call an 800 number for an appointment supposedly. You get
finger printed and pic taken and it took my wife 60 days to get her
EAD. It came in the mail. We were first in line at the INS and yet
we wait 1 hr 15 min before we were called and it took barely 5
minutes.

BBA1VOL - No I havent received my Packet 3 yet but I'm expecting it shortly (this coming week) YES I'm being optimistic!!
JRUSCH - How long after you mailed the EAD application to Chicago did you receive the letter back telling you how to go about getting fingerprinted? and how long did it take from then to go in and get them taken? Was that 60 days from the day you mailed the application or 60 days from the fingerprinting appt?
Thanks!
