EAD Renewal - Do I send original EAD or just photocopy?
Hi all,
It's almost time for me to send another I-765 to get a new EAD. I still have 9x days, before my current EAD expires. But I don't wanna take chances so I'll mail it in by calculating the 90 day period.
I made a check list on what documents to send along with new Form I-765.
Form I-765 (page 10) says, "If applying for renewal, send original EAD", whle the same form on page 6 - Part 3 (required documentation) says Send Copy of EAD - front and back.
For those who want to read instrructions on Form I-765 here's the link:
http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/f...iles/i-765.pdf
Which one should I follow - send original or not? Anyone been through this?
Please advise.
Regards,
Janousek

The PHOTOCOPY. To be clear -- send the photocopy. To make sure you understand -- do NOT send the original.

Hello Mr. Folinskyinla,
