Re: ead correction
Originally posted by lpdiver Ahhh I am familar with that. You see on ther night of november 1'st I took my then girlfriend out on date in Aruba. I knew her birthday was the 14'th of November and we wouldn't be able to celebrate together. Anyway, I was joking with her and asked her what she got me for my birtday for the next day. This kept on for the most of the night and then I confessed that my birthday wasn't the next day. She now wanted proof so I decided to end the charade and showed her my drivers license. The date of birth was 2/11/57. Which is of course Feb 11, Not Nov. 2. I now get two birthdays every year...lol. Sorry for your error. I'd keep a copy and apply for a job anyway. Disclosing everything upfront to my potential employer of course. Good Luck. |
Re: ead correction
Hey Roi
I've got EXACTLY the same thing happening to me. I guess I did too put the birthdate on the application dd/mm/yy so now I got the card with wrong DOB. So now I'm stuck where you were some time ago. Could you please let me know how you resolved that problem and have you been able to get hired with EAD only not having a SS#? I'd appreciate whole lot if you could share your experience. Thanks, Zee |
