Yes, but it generally won't do any good. You can call the 800 customer
service number, but reports say that about 80% of callers don't get a
satisfactory response from it. You'd be talking to somebody in Missouri
who has no access to the information in your office, and can just send an
inquiry there and tell you "wait for the response in the mail".
