Hello everyone,
We are now in the next phase of dealing with the INS.
I sent my wife's EAD app. (K-3 visa) to P. O. Box 7218 in Chicago via certified mail. It was received at the Chicago post office on 3/9. It is still waiting to be picked-up by INS.
The INS call center or the post office cannot help me. I hope sending it via certified mail is ok. Similar experiences ... anyone?

My wife's app was sent on 26th Feb with certified mail, received a reply on
6th March, appointment for biometerics on 13th March.
It takes some time for them to reply. Be patient. You still have to wait
more to get the EAD card...

We sent Mark's AOS and EAD applications return receipt to Norfolk on Oct 15. Norfolk received the applications on Oct 17, and our checks were cashed Oct 23.
We didn't hear anything from Norfolk about the EAD until February 5, when Mark got his EAD approval letter. No NOA ever arrived.
