DS-156 questions.(pkt 3)
Hello.
Question 28 of this form asks if you've ever been issued with a US visa,
I've had loads of tourist visa's but I'm not sure if that's the same as a
'proper' visa. So the question I'm asking in a round about fashion is do I
answer yes or no? Also it goes on to ask "Has anyone ever filed an
immigrant visa petition on your behalf" I assume it's 'yes.. that's why I'm
filling this form in' or does it refer to any possible previous applications
...Sorry if you've been asked these questions a million times before but any
enlightenment will be gratefully received.
