Default DS-156 Question 38 RE: Crime/Convictions

In researching the threads I saw someone post a question similar to mine.

A year or so ago (can't even remember when) I got a speeding ticket and lost a point or two for it. (I could have fought it and had it dropped down but didn't).

Someone advised that this counts as a conviction. I wasn't arrested - I was given the ticket, wrote a cheque and paid it.

I have assumed when filling out forms in the past that convictions didn't include speeding tickets/parking tickets ect.

Advice?

Thanks,

Brian

PS. You guys are the best!
