DS-156, question #30
hello. I have my interview in Montreal on July 7th and I'm just finishing off filling out the DS-156 form. I had to apply for (and received approval) an I-192 waiver back in 2004. question #30 on the DS-156 asks if you've ever been issued a U.S. visa before. Does anyone know if the I-192 IS a "visa". Thank you.
