Default DS-156 question

Hi

I have a quick question about the DS-156 form.

Question 30 says...Have you even been issued a U.S. visa?

Does the 90 day visa that you get on the plane count?, or is that a visa waiver?.

Angelus,

Visas are not issued on airplanes, or by airline staff. Visas are issued at consulates by Department of State (in the case of the USA) staff.

Regards, JEff
