DS-156 Passport city of issuance
Hi,
I'm filling a DS-156 form in and at the top it asks for place of passport issuance with regard to the city, country and state/province. I have recently renewed my UK/EU passport and there is no reference to the city of issuance. I assume putting down London, UK is fine, but I just wanted to make sure they didnt want me to be more specific.
Thanks,
DrT

I simply put England in the box for city and then UK for country, as it was issued by UKPA. Didn't cause my any problems. You could also put two dashes in any box that you do not have information for "- - ".
