Default Doctors and how to find them...

First of all, when submitting our paperwork (married already, she's legally
in the U.S.)does she need to go to the doctor before we turn in our G-325a,
I-130, I-765, I-864? Also, where do we find out which doctors we can go to?
Please don't tell me we have to wait in line just to find out which doctors
in the Orlando area can perform the physical? Thanks!

If you call the National Customer Service Center and navigate the automated menu (I think it's 1 for English followed by 2 ) you will be redirected and asked to enter your zipcode.

It will then tell you the nearest physician who can do the medical for you, you may then expand your search to find more doctors in your area.

Whether or not you need to submit the medical at the time of filing depends upon the filing requirements of your local office.

Strongly recommend you to call your local office to find out when you should to take the med check up. You can find the office address and number from BCIS site.

You can find the list of doctor in your area by calling the INS 800 number.

Good luck,
Yanne

From my experience at Tampa.. after all forms were sent in, we received in one batch, a date for EAD..a date for fingerprints, a date for interview.. a medical form with a list of approved doctors with a note suggesting I go for the medical around a month before the AOS interview..the Doctor will give you a sealed report to be given in at the AOS interview..and a copy for yourself..
