Do K-3 visa holders need Advanced Parole?
My wife holds a K3 visa, can she travel overseas without any penalties; or does have
to get Advanced Parole?

No, K3 is a multi-access visa. She can come and go up to its expiration.

A k-3 can enter and leave at will. The K-3 is the permission to reenter.
