    >I-485

Does the U.S. Citizen have any children (step children of the international spouse)?
I've had an INS officer (officer Tan at the SF INS office) once ask me to list those
children on the I-485 as well (we wrote them in during the AOS interview). Before
this happened with officer Tan, I've had other cases where I did "not" list those
children, and INS did not seem to care. Go figure.

    > Alien Birth Certificate, Original and Copy

I usually just submit a copy, and take the original to the interview.

    > Aliens passport page with non immigrant visa on it, Copy

    >

You need a total of 2 of the alien for the I-485, and 1 of the alien plus 1 of the
U.S. spouse for the I-130. I usually put them in those paper CD envelopes with the
clear plastic window (so they can see the photos in the envelope), two hole punch the
envelopes (one envelope next to the I-485 and another envelope next to the I-130.. oh
and label the envelopes accordingly) and put them in next to the forms in question.

    > Alien Medical Examination
    >
Don't open the envelope!

    > Alien Fingerprints are still "missing" (supose they do that at the interview)

If in California, make sure the notary actually fills in his or her part on the form
itself. Sometimes notaries in cal use an "all purpose acknowledgment" sheet and
staple that to the affi without actually signing the affi. That won't cut it.

    > US Citizin last 3 years W-2, Copy

I usually put the w2's and/or 1099's at the end of each tax return instead of
grouping all the w2's and/or 1099's for each year together. But I suppose your way
will work too.

    > US Citizin Letter of employer stating current employment status and anual
    > salary
    >

If international spouse has a job, you can include a job letter for him or her too,
but its really not necessary at filing. Most INS offices will want new employment
letter for both spouses, if appropriate, at the time of the interview.

    > US Citizin Birth Certificate Copy
    >
    > I-130
    >
    > US Citizins birth Certificate, Original and Copy

I just give them a copy, and take the original to the interview.

    > The Marriage Certificate, Original and Copy

Give copy, take original to interview.

    > Extract from Marriage Registration to show his divorce, Original and Copy

I won't keep giving the last tip over and over again, but I think you get the
point, right?

    > US Citizin Color Photo (2x2, name on the back)
    >
    > Alien Color Photo (2x2, name on the back)

I also list the "A" number on the back of the photos, if one has already been
assigned to the international spouse or the U.S. citizen spouse (a US spouse who also
immigrated in the past).

    > Check for $110,- for I-130

Nope, the filing fee is $130.00 for an I-130 (easy to remember). Check to see what
form of payment your INS office requires... check, money order, etc.

    > US Citizin G325A
    >
    > Alien G325A
    >
    > Check for $220,- for I-485
    >
No, the I-485 filing fee is $255.00. I usually send separate checks or money orders
for each separate INS filing fee.

    > Check for $25,- for fingerprints
    >
No, the fingerpinting fee also recently increased. The fee is now $50.00

    >I-131
The fee for the I-131 is now $110.00

    > Alien Two Color Photos (2x2, name on the back)
    >
    > A brief description why advance parole should be autorized
    >
    > Check for $65,-
?, before the fee increases, the filing fee for an I-131 was $95.00, but again, it
now costs $110.00

"Most" (not all) INS offices don't require ADIT photos for the I-765, and instead
that those photos at the INS office when the applicant goes in to process their EAD.

    > I-765 Signature card not in there, hope to get that when alien turns in

    >
    > Check for $100
That fee went up to $120.00

INS said they no longer require this form, however I still put it into my submissions
just in case I get some INS employee who never got the word and holds up the filing
saying, "hey, where is the 9003".

Good luck with your case.

One more thing. I also include the WR-703 form, however some INS offices have their
own special version of their ADIT sheet so I use their own forms when dealing with
those INS offices. Also, some INS offices have special "cover sheets" that should be
the top sheet of your submission (SF and LA both use these special cover sheets, as
well as a few other INS offices I've dealt with).
