Divorce before condition is removed

Hello everybody.
My wife is a lawyer and she is divorcing me. This wouldn't be a problem if I
have reached my two years in marriage with her and my condition on permanent
residency is removed. We have only 15 months of marriage so fare and we
enter in marriage in good will. I came for her from Europe with idea to form
family and everything that goes. I left my parents, house, my car my job on
behalf of my marriage. I started with college and I found part time job just
to have some extra money for school.
She found somewhere in this 15 months with me that it was mistake for her
to marry, she wants to live with somebody from her culture.
What are my prospective after she divorce me. I can not afford lawyer, I was
dependant on her until I finish university. That was a deal. I want to
complete my school now, I want to continue my new page of life here. Is this
possible?
Thanks

No. You're pretty much screwed. The only thing you can convince her of is to
go with you to the GC interview and see what happens. However, it is better to
get the lawyer.

custovic,
If you are unable to apply with your spouse to remove the conditions
on your residence, you may request a waiver of the joint filing
requirement.
USCIS Form I-751 (Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence) has
more specific information on waivers.
You can hire an attorney or try to do it yourself by using forms and
LegalSelfAid Kits. Documentation include: (a) forms, (b) Letter to
Demonstrate that the Case Meets All the Eligibility Criteria, (c)
supporting documents
The following links may be helpful:
Link 1. http://www.legalselfaid.com/view-usimmigrationkits.html (look
for line 0115711)
1,371 U.S. Immigration Kits (for 454 subjects, interview questions,
detailed lists of documents, letters, affidavits Etc.)
View the directory of 1,371 Kits online or download it to your HD.
Plus you can suggest any U.S. Immigration Kit not listed in the
directory. It will be added within three business days.
Link 2. http://www.usa-federal-forms.com/immigration.html
All (299) U.S. immigration forms (from six federal agencies: USCIS,
USDOS, EOIR, USDOL, SSA, IRS) fillable, saveable (free)
