Would anybody know if a person was deported for marriage fraud...can
they avail I-130 petition if the person is now married ( bonafide) to
a USC?

There is a section of law in the INA that bars for life any subsequent I-130
petitions from being approved if the person engagaed or attempted to engage in
any kind of marriage fraud. The section is 204(c) of the INA
