you can email the consulate and ask them if they still do DCF. the addy is [email protected]. k1exit said that morocco no longer does DCF but when i emailed the consulate they sent me a file stating that they still accept petitions for spouses on thursdays from 2-3 pm. hope this helps.

You need to be a resident of Morocco to do DCF. They accept applications,
and they actually send them off to the service centres here in the USA to be
processed.

DCF is available in Morocco if you are a resident which requires you to have
a carte de sejours. You will need to be resident there for 6 months.

Please allow about 3 weeks to complete your marriage and LOTS of paperwork.

You will need to get an affidavit filed with the consulate in Casablanca
before anything, and visit some ministries in Rabat as well.

You will need to get clearance from the police as well as something from
your local Adul.

If you are any religion other than Christian, Jewish or Muslim, you will
also encounter a problem.

If you have any more questions just ask.
