I filed 24th July and have not had approval yet. I was kind of expecting it this week but the USCIS website updates have been sporadic in the last 2 weeks. See what this week brings...

any updates? Also I was wandering if you have used a US or Uk laywer or no lawyer. This should probably make a small difference on the timeline to receive response (mailing to USA etc)

Hi,

I had an RFE this week as I'd omitted to put N/A in a couple of fields. Affidavit filled out and returned to them same day. I'm not using a lawyer - mine is pretty straightforward.

I expect to hear something next week now.

Today I received an RFE too ( same thing I omitted few NA). I will send a response today
Let me know if you have any updates. I am trying to understand how long it takes after after RFE to get the final decision on the I130 petition

Hi, mine was approved last week. RFE reply to approved I-130 was ~7 days
