Which date?
Okay, now I am confused. I decided to see what MSC might or might not done for updating, ie: suddenly put 180-3 zillion days on length of processing time or something like that. Lo and behold, on the INS site it gives my case a receipt date of 27 January. However, looking at the NOA in my hand, it says received date 24 January, 2003. Notice date: 24 January 2003. Granted it's only 3 days but why the discrepancy? Call me paranoid but I have to wonder what's up with this.

Possible reasons from my lame brain:
Printed on the 24th, mailed on the 27th? What is the date of mailing on the envelope?
Printed and mailed on the 24th, inputted into the online status system on the 27th?
