My fiance is from Perth Western Australia, I live in, California but my "born and raised" home is New York City.
Looking with envy at the processing times out of VSC, at the moment I wish I'd never left New York =)

RickRogers,
Which number did you call for them to tell the Petetion is with an officer?
May be some folks with an early December NOA date can call and share the info with the group.

I saw an approval on an Attorneys web site that stated one of his
cases submitted 11/21/02 was approved on 2/20/03 If this is accurate
they once again processing. lets hope this is true.

I just posted in another thread that I found a I-129F approval from what appears based on the formula to be an NOA-1 date of 11/27:
WAC0304751036 (approval sent to consulate 3/3).
That's the only news I've heard though. Seems like they are processing just fast enough not to find themselves in the same boat as Texas, and no more.
/sigh

That is good news!
I've been keeping an eye on another one from the 27th that hasn't been
approved yet but maybe soon.
Our 1st NOA is from 29th Nov so fingers crossed it will be really soon now.
I'll post as soon as I know anything!

Moscow
I called the Moscow embassy tonight and heard that my fiance's K-1 file is now opened and waiting for security clearance.
