| And as far as I am aware there is not a large population of illegals in

I can understand that you are not too aware of it. You're not attached to
the UK immigration ministry or any of its agencies, are you?
I lived in London.

If we just restrict ourselves to SE Asia, I can recollect substantial representation of other countries from the area, but not Phillipines. My ex boss was married to a Fillipino. He had worked out there, just odd when I think about it.

I am sure it is difficult to get a visa, for obvious reasons, apart from there being a substantial illegal community.

I hope you realized the fallacy of your illogical reaction!
I did not attack Filipinos. I just pointed out the facts but you obviously
can't handle the truth.

Sorry to get in the middle of this debate, lol.. I was just asking which countries dont require a visa for a filipina.

What about japan? Would a filipina need a visa? or just a valid passport?

I'm kind of surprised this is so hard for you to find. A quick google search brought up this site: http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/02.html and according to that chart, there is no visa waiver available for Filipinos to visit Japan. So yes, it looks like she would need a visa to visit Japan.

The part where he actually has to do the research for himself rather than get it handed to him on a spoon! It's been my experience that those who actually take the time to do the research... live a bit higher up on the food chain!

Actually, I thought I would ask here, as many of you have much more experience in this than I do.
I have learned alot of things I would never be able to find on Google just by reading this forum, so excuse me for asking,
but I thought asking those in the know would be more informative than a spam laden Google search.

Thanks to those who actually tried to reply to my question instead of just flaming me.

There is a search mechanism for this forum, if you don't like using Google. Several people suggested searching the consulate websites for the information as well. Have you tried those options yet?

The best way to inform yourself is to at least TRY to look for the information first, rather than asking others to do it for you. Especially when what you're asking for is outside the experience of most people on this board, which means they'd have to actually look up the information in order to respond -- something you can do yourself.

Many of us did reply to your questions, and showed you how to do the next search on your own, before "flaming" you.

Don't blame your laziness on google being an inadequate search tool. We all seemed to find the information that *you* needed on our very first google search, and many of us told you how we did it so that you could do the next one for yourself.

Americans don't need passports to visit Palau? Perhaps when you went there, but not now:

Recommended reading: http://travel.state.gov/visa/recipro...er/P/Palau.htm

"Palau government officials have stated that travelers to Palau, including U.S. citizens, should possess return/onward tickets and valid passports."
