Dear All,
I recently entered Boston on my K-1 visa... and I was not given an EAD, they just gave me a regular entry stamp in my passport.
I was given an I-765 to get my 90 day EAD... and it looks like I have to pay a filing fee... is this correct!??? I thought I had to submit the I-765 when I applied for AOS?
Any help in this matter would be appreciated!
