Which to choose - Consular Processing or Adjustment of Status

Does anyone have any experience with choosing "Consular Processing" over =
"Adjustment of Status" for Green Card?
Has anyone done this and have gone to Islamabad, Pakistan to get their =
Green Card?=20
Were there any problems/hassels?
What were the approximate timeframe for the process?
I have a Pakistani passport and my labor certification has just got =
approved. Started the GC process last year in May 2002 and got the =
priority date in Aug 2002
