I have a quick question.

Now that we’ve just had our 2nd NOA from Vermont, our file is on it’s way to the London embassy, can we still check our case status online at the link below?.

My status has never changed since NOA-2, but I think that is because from the BCIS perspective it's work on the petition is done.

The embassy/consulate is the State Department, not BCIS.

Your file goes to the NVC first, before London. You'll need to call the NVC to find out when they've sent the file on to London.

NVC are on (603) 334-0700

Unfortunately like everyone else stated...... it has that other step NVC which doesn't take long. All our contact was email and phone calls from that point on. Luckily when it does get to the Embassy in London they respond to emails in about 24-36 hours. Good luck in your process and best wishes!
