The only way I know of would be to call USCIS (which I know we just said not to do) and see if they can send out a copy. But it could take a while. You can try just sending in the AOS without that particular item, and see if you get an RFE for it. It might be one of those things that's "required" but if you don't provide it, might not be a big deal. USCIS can see that the I-129F was approved, otherwise you wouldn't have the K-1 visa in hand.

Im not to sure why they need it. Surely me being here with my k1 visa stamp on my passport is proof enough

can we use the I-864 Affidavit of Support that we sent with the petition, or it best to fill out new ones. All the information is still the same

The USC spouse will need to fill out an I-864 for your AOS.
Even if you mistakenly used an I-864 for the K-1 visa, a new I-864 will need to be filled out for the AOS.

Thanks again noorah you are my visa legend. Filled in all my forms today apart from (I864). Ill get the misses to look over them over the weekend. She can use her smu education
