I'm guessing she didn't make a photocopy of it? Always, always, make a photocopy of everything related to your immigration, and keep the photocopies in a safe place.

The only way I know of would be to call USCIS (which I know we just said not to do) and see if they can send out a copy. But it could take a while. You can try just sending in the AOS without that particular item, and see if you get an RFE for it. It might be one of those things that's "required" but if you don't provide it, might not be a big deal. USCIS can see that the I-129F was approved, otherwise you wouldn't have the K-1 visa in hand.

Im not to sure why they need it. Surely me being here with my k1 visa stamp on my passport is proof enough

can we use the I-864 Affidavit of Support that we sent with the petition, or it best to fill out new ones. All the information is still the same

You did a K-1 visa process, right? The Affidavit of Support that was used for the K-1 visa was an I-134 (not an I-864).

The USC spouse will need to fill out an I-864 for your AOS.

Even if you mistakenly used an I-864 for the K-1 visa, a new I-864 will need to be filled out for the AOS.

A new... what? Fiancée? That might be easier than trying to get USCIS to send you a copy of the K-1 approval notice.
