Change of address story. Suggestions/ experiences welcome.
Hi,
I filed my aos/I-130 at Tampa office in Jan 2002. So far I have recieved my EAD
and been fingerprinted.
Recently in August 2002 I moved and had to submit a change of address fom. I
called the INS help line and they told me I have to send change of addresses to
BOTH the local INS office where the application was filed as well as the
national center at Washington DC, which I did.
It is now more than 6 months since I've heard from them. I have not even
recieved a letter acknowledging the change of address.
I had to renew my EAD in Dec so I sent everything to Tampa.
Does any one have any experience in this stupit change of address saga?
