Change of Address
Can anyone tell me what the proper procedure is for Changing my
Address with INS?? I have a I-765 pending at Missouri and a I-130
with Texas. I sent them letters notifying them of my address change
back in Oct when I moved but have yet to hear anything back from them.
Am I required to file this AR-11 form? If so where do I send it??
Any info would be great.

I think to be safe you should send an AR-11 form. The address to send it to is in Washington DC and is listed on the bottom of the form. I'm sure it is the same for everybody. I think it says that any alien residing in the US should send the AR-11 within 10 days if their address changes. Although you are over the 10 days I would still send one now. A couple of months ago I moved within my local INS area and I sent an AR-11 to DC, and change of address advice to my local INS. I received a letter back regarding the AR-11 confirming that they had received my change of address. I have not recieved a letter from my local INS office saying they received my advice but I don't necessarily expect one. I figure that's pretty much the best you can do! Take advantage of the free mail forwarding service with UPS as well. This should be a safety net for you.
