called INS cos.service center for AOS k3 visa still confused ,need help please
hi all,
Today i called INS customer service center 1 800 375 5283 and ask them where to file for AOS for k3 visa , they told me that you are allowed to file for AOS based on k3 visa is only after your
I 130 petition is approved , after it is approved you can file for AOS at your local INS office , till then i cannot file for AOS.
I have already filled for I 130 petition at vermont service center on july 5 2001 .
does anybody on k3 visa has filled for AOS after arriving in USA please advice me on this matter .
