Dont panic Briterica (I went thru the same panic last week) the brown envelope comes with your passport and a vaccination sheet in the courier envelope. London didnt tell me anything about it coming or not opeoning it all i got was you 've got your approval you'll have your visa tommorrow!

As I mentioned in your other post, you were approved today but the UK does not give the visa the same day. They send it to you by courier. The MBE will most likely be in the envelope with your passport and visa.
And the xray is useless from here on in. It is not taken from you at the POE and it is not sent to the USCIS when you file for adjustment or taken from you at the AOS interview. Give it to your medical doctor in the US as a comparison for future xrays.

It all goes by in such a blurr....that you dont really take in anything at the time, after the words...you have been approved!! I went into a daze, and couldnt concentrate on anything!

The X-ray is USUALLY useless. However, there ARE cases where the medical report indicates that there was past TB and the POE might refer to a doc to check the X-ray. It is very rare, but it does happen from time to time.
So, smile and carry the x-ray. And if you clear C/I inspection, throw it away -- but not before.
