Biggest concern about getting RFE - loosing pictures
I've heard of the INS loosing pictures before and handing out an RFE. I
guess this is my biggest fear. I feel I've done everything right but I put
my pictures in an envelope with the check and labeled the envelope check and
pictures. They cashed the check at first and who knows where those little
pictures went flying off to. I wonder if they glue pictures down right when
they open up the envelopes because it would seem they would loose a lot of
pictures this way.
Kind of rediculous worrying about it when its not happened but I was just
worrying.... uh.. wondering.

Re: Biggest concern about getting RFE - loosing pictures
I imagine it would be easy to lose loose pictures. However, I don't recall that being the cause of RFEs from members of this newsgroup. They have been known to lose many other things, i.e. birth certificates, divorce decrees, etc. but my senior mind does not recall identification pictures being lost as a cause of an RFE. We did what you did and were fine. And no they do not adhere the photos to anything as there is nothing for them to adhere them to at the time of submitting the I-129F.
Feel free to worry about this or anything else you wish. It is the nature of the beast for many people ... worrying that is ;-)
