Assuming my K3 and I-130 both get NOA2
in the next few months.
I want to go to the USA for Christmas in December.
I probably won't have had both interviews, maybe i'll have had 1 if I'm lucky.
QUESTION:
is there any rules that i can't cross after approval? before interview?
or does the same apply before that I just need proof?
