Approved I-130, here on K-3, need work visa
Hi and Salaam
well I am here on a k-3 visa, and I just found out as I was preparing to apply for work permit that my I-130 is now approved. I dont have the money right now to apply for adjustment of status. I need a job first. Can I go ahead and apply for this work permit alone without filing adjustment of status right now??
Also, what forms are needed with the work permit??

Yes, here on the K3 you do NOT need to apply for AOS before getting your EAD, so go for that ASAP.
