Approval from NSC!
I called tonight, and was just shocked to hear that we had been approved! Our
timeline is below. For others who have received an RFE from Nebraska, as we did, it
slowed us down but by less than a month, including the week it took me to obtain the
info requested and send it back.

February 6, 2002: I-129F petition mailed February 21, 2002 - First NOA April 5, 2002:
RFE for a state-issued birth certificate, I sent county health dept issued one April
19, 2002: NSC receives new BC, per automated system May 3, 2002: Second NOA, per
automated system
