Hi!!

Other examples of evidence are phone bills, letters or emails between the two of you, engagement cards.....I'm sure there are more, but we didn't include anything more than those apart from my flight stubs and a couple of pics of us together. You have pictures, so include plenty of those. I'm sure others here can offer more advice. My fiance and I didn't bombard INS with evidence, but we had a little of all the things INS suggest, and we were approved.
Best of luck!!!

If the pictures have a story with a certain date. they might be. I know
they like the dated ones. Is there not an receipts from purchases made when
you 2 have been together?

Phone bills, letters and emails are do not prove that you have actually met. I wouldn't rely on those alone. I used my boarding passes and dated pictures. Do either of you have entry dates stamped in your passport (I usually get a dated US customs stamp when I cross the border)? I assume (which is usually a bad thing to do when dealing with INS :S) it might help if you had any reciepts that you place you two in the same city ie. hotel bills, restaruant bills, etc. to accompany the pictures. Or even better, dated pictures.

Your problem is not uncommon for Can/Am relationships. The fact that neither of you fly to see the other makes it difficult to prove that you have been together. I take it that you don't need hotel rooms when you see each other therefore there are no hotel receipts with both your names on it to include either. If you have pictures of the two of you together for a holiday, say valentine's day or christmas or new year's, that will at least put a "time" on the picture. If others are in the pictures with you, perhaps you can persuade them to write a letter attesting to the fact that that is their picture and they were with you at such and such a place on such and such date when the picture was taken. Notarize their signature on the letter. If you two are going to be together in the near future, you might want to think about doing something together that will generate a time photo or receipt for a bill for something you shared or bought together, like a sightseeing trip, ski weekend, etc.
