Default Application to Remove Conditions on CPR

Hi,
I have got a quick question. I was wondering that at the time of
applying for removal of conditions on your Conditional residency does
the sponsoring spouse still have to show an income of more than 125%
of the poverty line? or is it that we are only filing with additional
proof of stayin together for the 2 years. Also, if during these two
years the sponsoring spouse wants to take public assistance or welfare
in the form or food stamps and all, would that affect the application
to remove conditions. Thanks in advance =)

You do not have to re-file an I-864 or other paperwork with the I-751. You
can use tax returns as part of your proof of married life if you like.

You can see the kinds of things that count against the affidavit of support
here but it shouldn't affect the removal of conditions anyway (you, as a
sponsor, could be sued though so I wouldn't recommend taking them):
