My wife applied for AP and EAD after we were married (she was K1) in early November. We are in the Chicago district but the receipt notices have "MSC" numbers so I assume they are in Missouri. With notice dates of December 16, we should have heard something by now since MSC is reporting a processing date in late January and Chicago is reporting early January processing.
She did the AOS fingerprinting the first week of January.
She talked to someone at BCIS but all they could say was "go to the Chicago office and ask" Of course after waiting in line for an hour in Chicago she was refused entry because this "isn't a valid reason to see an officer"
What do we do now???
