no, it's not for the same reason. just money reasons. maybe we will still get a blessing, but i can't see it happening this year at least.

I was Married on an Overstay and a Visa Waiver....I had never even met my Hubby in person.
Yes it does happen
and I also got legal advice regarding the AP and was told to wait until the stamp in passport but it would be very surprising if they refused me at the POE with such a short Overstay, but having said that I would not risk it.If it makes you feel any better I asked 3 Immigration Lawyers and also a IO at Chicago Immigration Dept face to face.
Get those papers in ASAP
