I imagine you are talking about a vaccination card from your home country (?)...
I have "a card" but it is not in English so I don't see why they would want to see it.
I also have a piece of paper where my vaccinations are listed in English - not a medical document however, just a transcript. I do not have any record that shows that I had varicella.

Anyway, just stressed over this because they checked the vaccinations at the K-1 medical and I can't see the point in doing it again...
