AOS questions in N Dakota
Just wondering if I got this process correct. I am not sure if we can file
AOS, EAD and AP all together and send to St Paul, Minnesota or do they have
to go to NSC? Does anyone know if we can walk in to St Paul office to file
(and possibly) get a EAD card right then? We can file all of these forms
right after we get married, correct? And finally does anyone know how long
the St Paul office is taking to get an interview for AOS, EAD or AP? St
Paul is where the interview takes place, Correct?
Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks a million.

I'm not sure if you can still file in person in Bloomington (that's
where the actual office is). In my case, AOS package was mailed to NSC
and we drove to Bloomington to apply for EAD and got it on the spot.
It was back in 2000. But be aware that if you choose to drive down
here, you have to be outside of the office by 5 a.m. if you want to
get down by about 2 p.m People start lining up at about 4 a.m.
My AOS interview took place in Fargo.
