AOS question - Current INS Status?
Evening all,
I'm fillling in my I-485 and accompanying documents, and it asks for my current INS Status - is it acceptable to put "K1 Fiance(e) Visa Holder"?

Yes, that's what I put on my AOS in May 2002 and it was accepted.
