Default AOS prep work

We're starting to put together the documentation for filing for AOS. Wedding
is April 13. Tax day is April 15. That's making the affidavit of support a
bit more interesting. Between that and getting certified copies of the
marriage certificate, should be late April when we file.

Anyhow, so far I've accumulated 3 questions. Can anyone answer these?

1. What is the best (ie. cheapest) place for my fiance to get his MMR? Any
suggestions of secret vaccination mills?

2. Since his K-1 medical exam was less than a year ago, he doesn't need a
new exam. He just files the vaccination report plus a verification of the
MMR when he gets it. I assume we can ignore the I-693, right?

3. Do I send the $25 payment for the fingerprints along with the I-485
check, making that amount $280? Do I need separate checks for the EAD and
I-485 fees?

Thanks, as always, for your excellent and experienced assistance.

Sorry, we can only help you with #3

It is recommended that you send 3 separate checks, one for the I-485, one for the EAD, and one for the fingerprinting which from our understanding is $50. Also, you should double check all the fees closer to the date of filing.

For #2, we didn't submit anything with the AOS except for the vaccination record list my then fiance, now husband, received at his K1 medical. We are assuming that since it's been less than a year, that it's ok, but we have yet to receive any confirmation of this because we only sent our AOS paperwork about 1.5 weeks ago.

Anyway, good luck with your petition
