Hi:

NBC is the "National Benefits Center" in Lee's Summit MO. It is where you send your application via the Chicago Lockbox.

RFE is "Request For Evidence" -- a written request for further information.

Sacramento attorneys in alphabetical order. There are many others -- but these are the ones I happen to know.

Yes, unless they change policy and decide to send you an RFE for it before your interview.
