AOS or K3?

Hey Mary!!
Thanks For your post.
I have already adviced her to take the K3 route
rather than marrying under the VWP and later on do AOS.. IT IS WAY TOO RISKY NO MATTER what.., They wont be dealing with the London consulate since her fiance is from Spain just like me!! but I am praying it will go quick for both of us!!

If he can show that he did not intend to stay when he arrived in the US then he should be ok but if he didn't have unfinished business back home like quitting a job or moving out of his residence then the K3 route is the only way to go.
