Do we have to have any other forms filled out when we go for the AOS
interview?? Also I am wondering what type of evidence we should be bringing. I
am sure that I have seen these answers before, but I never paid to much
attention to them. We will be doing our interview in Sacramento

I had a look around for you and people have usually mentioned the following :

tax printouts, id's, bank statements, anything owned jointly, letters of employment, answered questions about how & when you met and that was about it. Marriage certificate, copies of a house deed if any, a car title, any loans which you've taken.

Proof of your life together, like copies of wills, life insurance policies, and the like. Copies of your tax returns, affidavits from your friends, and a stack of photos

The interviewer is usually appreciative if you are well organized.
