I came to the US with a K-1 visa in November 1999. After a long wait, I had my
fingerprints taken this January, and now I've received the date for my
interview, May 4th!
I am very excited about this, but have some questions and would appreciate any help!
The invitation letter said I should bring with me 'Passport, I-94, Medical exam
I-693, Affidavit of Support I-864, As well as originals and a copy of the
following.. *SNIP*
Do I need to have another medical and affidavit done?? The only medical I've taken so
far was when I was applying for the K-1, and it was in the brown envelope I left at
the airport officials when I arrived here. And I sent the 'big' affidavit with the
original green card application, so the INS SHOULD have those both? But do they need
new, current ones?
I don't want to screw up my interview because I am missing documents =(
Please reply here, or e-mail [email protected]
Thank you!

You won't need the medical done again as far as I know, you will likely have to
supply a new affidavit of support however since it has been some time since you
applied for AOS.
