AOS forms and madien name/last name question

AOS forms and madien name/last name question
Hey I have a few questions regarding which name to use on my AOS forms
I'm married to a USC and I want to use my new name (last name) on my AOS forms, however I have not been able to change my name on my document because I don't have a valid EAD. My husband file taxes using my maiden name and my I-693 is also filled out using my maiden name, but I want to use my new last name on my AOS forms, will this be a problem? Do all the forms and supporting documents need to have the same last name?

Use youre new name. You'll have to send your marriage certificate anyway with the AOS package, which should reflect your new name. They'll figure it out. This is what I did... none of my documents had my married name. All went well.

Andrea874 is right. That's the exact thing i did. Send your marriage
certificate with the docs you send to the immigration. They will then
