Default AOS FORMS

Hi,

Im moving to the states in 6 weeks on a K1 visa. We plan on getting married in
August. When should we obtain the AOS forms? And do we get these from the Service
Centre (Vermont)?

Hope someone can help

This might seem like a strange idea, but why not get them from the INS Web Site?

Maybe because that is NOT the correct URL!

This one is....

http://www.ins.usdoj.gov/graphics/fo...orms/index.htm

She can also call to order them as well.

Before giving advice, why not be sure it is correct first?!?

There is no such thing as a stupid question, only a stupid answer. Yours falls into
the latter. Sarcasm is undertaken by those who feel inadequate. Your sarcasm spoils
this site. We are all in the same boat here. I got through the K1 process because of
this site. Please do not spoil an already stressful situation for others just because
they are starting out on a new phase and do not know where to begin. What you put out
there will come back to you. Dont forget this.

Thank you to Lisa who gave me the CORRECT address for forms and also pointed out your
stupidity and lack of respect for others.
