AOS fees, separate checks for each form or ??????
Hello , please pardon my asking this probably repeatedly posted question but am
a tad confused .
Am filing AOS for myself and K2 daughters. Do we enclose a separate check for
each form or one money order or check for the total amount?
My thanks in advance,
regards,
Jacqueline

It's better to send a separate money or check for each form as if there's a problem with only one of your applications or they lose one not everything will be sent back to you and they will start processing the forms that are correct.

You do not have to, but you should. If you do, then they can return one form
while the rest is processed. Otherways everything will be put on hold if one
is wrong.

On the other hand, we are going through the Detroit INS office and the
first time we sent in our I-485/I-130 package it was sent back because
we forgot to include the $50 fingerprinting fee. I wrote seperate checks
out for all the forms, and I called the Detroit INS office to inquire
whether I should just make out one more check for $50 or include one
check for the total amount of all forms and fingerprinting and she said
that it is always best to make out seperate checks for each form because
of the reasons others have stated here.
