Hi all, I'm writing for a friend of mine since her puter is down. My girlfriend
just got her conditional permanent residency in April. Now she just fou nd out that
her daughter has to come and live with her. Her daughter is inthe UK but the father
is putting her out and she will be getting cust ody of her. What does she do? She
did put her down on all her paperwor k when she applied for her K-1, but now she
has her AOS done how can she get her daughter. I suggested first to get her
daughter over here sinc e the father is putting the minor child out. She is only
14. So my girl friend is worried on what to do with immigration. Any help would be
app reciated. Thanks
